Client Service Scope Guide

What we do vs. what we don’t do for our clients.

Outlined here are the services we offer to our clients and the boundaries of our scope — so expectations are clear from the start.

✅ What We Do + The Scope

The services included in your program, and the scope of each.

ServiceScope / Details
Monthly Email Newsletters
Curated and sent to engage your audience. Once per month, a newsletter is generated on your behalf and scheduled to send to your list of “warm” contacts inside DLA. Any edits or changes to the monthly newsletter are the client’s responsibility.A video walkthrough is available showing how to check what emails are scheduled and how to edit their content.
Weekly Social Media Content
Provides ongoing content specific to your niche and related to your primary service proposition. Once generated, it is the client’s responsibility to edit or change any content after it has been scheduled for release.A video walkthrough is available showing how to check scheduled social content and how to edit it.
Custom Campaign / Project Implementation (Sales Funnels + Automations in DLA)
When a client needs custom support for DLA development, we complete one project per month on their behalf — sales funnels, triggering unique automations to other software, and anything that helps them get more out of DLA. One project per month maximum; each project is subject to approval and must be clearly defined by the client. (“A sales funnel” is not clearly defined; “a sales funnel that offers a paid e-book with an upsell to a tax plan” is.)
LGS Support
Equip your Lead Generation Specialist for success with weekly training calls and one-on-one analysis of performance during your weekly, monthly, or on-demand Progress Partner calls.
Social Media Banners Creation
Branded graphics for your online presence on any social media platform. Unlimited edits, so long as comprehensive feedback is given on each edit request via a Loom video.
Virtual Business Cards
Design and setup of digital business cards. Here’s an example: Virtual Card.
Website Creation + On-Demand Updates
We build your website and facilitate any changes you request within our website model. (We do not build “SEO”-specific websites — i.e. you cannot request 50 pages stuffed full of keywords.) Any changes require a Loom video showing the changes you want made.
Cold Email Consulting
We provide guidance on the setup and offer list-buying options, should you wish to pursue this strategy.
Scheduling Link Creation + Updates
Create links for appointment booking. Unlimited requests for changes and updates to how your scheduling links work.
Lead Magnets / Resources Creation
Create client-attracting assets. One asset per quarter can be developed — PDFs, whitepapers, e-books, and anything related to generating interest in your services.

❌ What We Don’t Do

Outside our scope of service — handled by you or your team.

ServiceContext
Google My Business Profile Creation
Outside our scope of service. The client must be in control of this asset and responsible for getting it online.
Weekly Newsletters & SMS Blast
We provide a monthly email newsletter as part of your program, but ongoing weekly newsletter creation, weekly SMS blasts, and their distribution are outside our scope and must be handled by you or your team.
Logo Creation
We do not offer branding or logo design, but we will make updates to an existing logo (correct formats/files or small modifications).
Copywriting
We provide copy editing services, not copywriting services. The client provides the message and we optimize its performance.
Full LGS Management
We do not source talent, run interviews, administer paid tests, pay the LGS, or do anything outside of providing training and assistance to the owner for management.
Lead Scraping
We do not “scrape” leads to generate email lists for clients. Any lead scraping is solely the responsibility of the client.
Paid Advertising
We do not create paid advertising campaigns for clients on any platform, barring a special engagement that details the service provided in detail.
Create Social Media Accounts
Outside our scope of service. The client must be in control of this asset and responsible for getting it online (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Domain Purchasing
Any domain the client wishes to own, the client must purchase.
Virtual Machine Setup
While Dream Firms recommends using a virtual machine and may provide guidance on the setup process, we do not set up the virtual machine for the client, manage the device, or provide any troubleshooting services.
Cold Email Lead List Purchasing + Verification
Dream Firms does not source lists or provide verification services for purchased lists. All lists must be verified prior to sending emails in order to increase campaign efficacy.
