The Transformation
Before Dream Firms VS. After Dream Firms
The numbers speak for themselves.
The Waiting List
She stopped taking clients.
They kept lining up.
Once the firm hit capacity, Enae sent every new prospect to a waiting list — “I ain’t putting nobody else in… everybody’s going to the waiting list.” When she finally made an exception for a perfect-fit attorney, she reported it in five words: “I took a new client. Yeah, 13K.”
A waiting list isn’t luck. It’s a system.
Behind The Breakthrough
The Full Story

Before Dream Firms
Enae Jackson-Atkins came up through public accounting, moved into the corporate world, and carried a bookkeeping side business the whole way. When she finally launched her own practice, it grew into what most young firms become: a practice that served everyone — contractors, security companies, restaurants, entertainers — and answered to all of them at once.
The clients were there. The firm that could run without consuming her was not.
She isn’t a CPA, either. Keep that in mind as the numbers get bigger.
“Before working with Dream Firms, I was pretty much overworked, overwhelmed, and overthinking my every move.”
Enae Jackson-Atkins
And the hardest hours went to the clients she couldn’t bring herself to fire — the ones who called at all hours and questioned every invoice. Her words for that season are blunt:
“I kind of was… holding myself hostage… and putting up with things.”

The Three Moves
- 1
Fired first, grew second
With her calendar full of booked prospect calls, Enae fired the two clients who treated her worst — and then offboarded twelve tax-only clients, pitching monthly advisory on the way out. Seven of the twelve signed back on at the premium level, where clients pay six months ahead.“I offboarded 12 and I was able to reboard… seven of them, which is great for… the premium package… that’s like big deal money there.”
Enae Jackson-Atkins
- 2
Built a firm that runs without her
Prospect emails that filled the calendar overnight — “woke up and the calendar was filled again” — then her first marketing hire, documented processes, and a team tracking its own accuracy “between 97 and 99%… week per week.” Within two years the report on her weekly progress reviews had become routine: “The win continues to be that the office is running on autopilot.” - 3
Went all-in on attorneys
She rebuilt her audience around one niche until it was pure — “100% of my connections in Instagram are… law firms and attorneys” — and let the client base follow.“Of the last six onboards, they’ve all been bonafide attorney firms.”

The Result
When her award application was verified, the number was exact: $123,542.12 added in one year — cash added from one year to the next, the $100K Club standard. The plaque was handed to her at the Dream Firms mastermind in France.
The stronger proof came later. Health isn’t promised — would your office run without you, during tax season, while you recovered? Enae’s did:
“…I went out on a limb, hired people, put in lead generation systems, and while I was off, the business took care of itself.”
Enae Jackson-Atkins, on coming back to her firm
A week after her return, a business coach who works only with attorneys asked, in Enae’s retelling, “who is doing this for you… because it is impeccable” — then invited her onto a podcast serving a group of 2,000-plus attorney-only members.
And the year after the award, back in France for her second mastermind, she heard Tyler’s hardest piece of advice: remove yourself from the sales function. Six months later she came to a member hot seat with a number that made him stop and re-run the math on camera. The sales rep she had hired had closed 28 deals. All 28 converted.
“Are you telling me that you picked up $1.2 million in sales?” — “When I started the conversation, I said we did it… And the answer is yes.”

That pace — $1.2 million across six months — is why she also carries the $100K Month designation.

Two Clients. $150K Combined.
From a progress review early in her run: two advisory closes in one week, worth $150K in combined annual value — and the move “from doer to director.”

So far it’s been 31 tax clients and I’ve turned down all 31 of them, their children, their grandchildren, their dogs, all of them.

The Why Behind The Win
What Made the Difference
She Fired First
The growth started with subtraction: two bad-fit clients fired, then twelve tax-only clients offboarded — with seven choosing to come back on premium monthly packages, paid six months ahead. A full calendar of booked prospects made the courage affordable.
Systems Before Scale
Documented processes, a lead engine, and early hires took the firm from depending on her to reporting “running on autopilot.” The system passed its hardest test when she was away for months — through a tax season — and came back to new clients: “while I was off, the business took care of itself.”
Attorneys Only
One niche, held with discipline: an audience rebuilt until it was “100%… law firms and attorneys,” six straight onboards that were all attorney firms, a law-symposium stage, and a 2,000-plus attorney group asking her onto its podcast. The niche now sells for her.
Fire the wrong clients. Build the system. Own one niche. We’ll help with all three.
The Discipline
Saying No, 31 Times
